AI Chatbot & AI Agent Specialist

We are looking for someone to build chatbots and AI agents for clients, handling lead qualification, customer questions, or internal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and train chatbots or AI agents for client-facing use across Meta, WhatsApp, or a client’s website
• Write conversation flows that match each client’s brand voice
• Connect chatbot outputs to CRMs or lead tracking systems
• Test and refine flows based on real conversation data
• Maintain and troubleshoot chatbots after launch

Requirements

• Experience building chatbots or AI agents on a platform such as Manychat or Voiceflow, or a custom setup
• Able to write conversational copy that doesn’t read as robotic
• Comfortable troubleshooting a flow when it breaks mid-conversation
• Understanding of basic lead qualification logic
