We are looking for someone to manage content calendars and daily posting for multiple clients, using AI tools to speed up captions and planning while keeping each client’s voice distinct.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars across Instagram and Facebook
• Write captions in each client’s actual voice and tone
• Use AI tools for research, scheduling, and first drafts, then edit for accuracy and specifics
• Track post performance and adjust the calendar based on results
• Coordinate with designers or video editors on content needs
• Respond to comments and messages on client accounts where required

Requirements

• Experience managing social accounts for more than one client or brand at once
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to avoid a single generic tone across accounts
• Comfortable using AI tools for planning and drafting, and editing their output
• Organized enough to run several content calendars without mixing up clients
