YouTube Content & Growth Manager

We are looking for someone to plan and manage YouTube channels, for clients or for Tknack itself, from content strategy through upload, optimization, and growth tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build a content calendar based on search demand and audience interest, not just convenience
• Handle titles, thumbnails, descriptions, and tags for search and click-through performance
• Track watch time, retention, and subscriber growth, and adjust strategy accordingly
• Coordinate with editors or handle editing directly
• Report on channel growth in terms a client can act on

Requirements

• A channel you’ve grown, with real numbers you can show
• Understanding of YouTube search and suggested-video mechanics
• Comfortable reading retention graphs and adjusting content based on them
• Experience with thumbnail and title testing
