AI Content Strategist

We are looking for someone to set content direction for clients, what to post, why, and on which platform, using AI tools for research and drafting while owning the strategy.

Responsibilities

• Build content strategy and calendars based on each client’s audience and goals
• Use AI tools for research, competitor analysis, and first drafts
• Brief writers, editors, and designers on what each piece of content needs to accomplish
• Review content performance and adjust strategy, not just output volume
• Identify content gaps and new opportunities across a client’s channels

Requirements

• Able to explain the reasoning behind a content plan, not just deliver a calendar
• Comfortable using AI for research and drafting, with strong editing judgment
• Experience across more than one platform or client industry
• Strong communication skills for briefing other team members
